Cabinet refresh, full cabinet replacements, quartz or laminate countertops, backsplash tile. I don't do bespoke shop-built cabinets — I work with stock or semi-custom from Home Depot, IKEA, or Pompano-based shops.

Every estimate I write makes this list explicit. No mid-job surprises.

- Custom shop-built cabinets (refer to local shop)
- Gas line work (refer to licensed plumber)
- Major electrical (new circuits, panel upgrades)
- Granite or natural stone fabrication (refer to fabricator)

Pricing covers my labor only. You buy materials direct from Home Depot at retail — no markup, no "materials handling" fee. I'll hand you the shopping list before the job.

Should I refresh or replace?
If your cabinet boxes are still solid and you like the layout, refreshing (paint + new doors + new hardware) is about a third of the cost. If the layout doesn't work for you or the boxes are warped from water, replace. I'll tell you which makes sense after I see it.
Can you install IKEA cabinets?
Yes. IKEA SEKTION is one of the most common installs I do. I'll handle the assembly and the install. You order from IKEA directly so you're not paying me a markup.
Quartz or granite?
For most kitchens I recommend quartz — more consistent, less maintenance, easier to source locally. If you want natural stone, I'll bring in a fabricator I've worked with for years.
How long will I be without a kitchen?
Plan on 2–4 weeks of disrupted use. I leave you the sink and one base run as long as possible, and the final installs happen in one week.
