Porcelain, ceramic, and luxury vinyl plank. I level the subfloor before I lay anything, waterproof every wet zone, and don't cut corners on the underlayment.
| Scope | Size / qty | Labor |

Pricing covers my labor only. You buy materials direct from Home Depot at retail — no markup, no "materials handling" fee. I'll hand you the shopping list before the job.
I bring a 6-ft level. Dips deeper than ¼" need self-leveler before I lay tile.
Labor estimate next day. I'll suggest 3 tiles in your style.
Old floor out, subfloor leveled, primed. Usually one day.
Tile down, grout the next day after the thinset cures.
Quarter round or shoe molding, caulk corners.
Tile: 24 hours after grout. LVP: same day. I'll tell you which rooms are off-limits and for how long.
Sometimes. If the existing tile is well-bonded and flat, I can lay porcelain over it with the right thinset. Most of the time I recommend removing the old tile — the floor ends up flatter.
Yes. Bring a piece of your tile to Home Depot, I'll meet you there and we'll pick the grout color together.
Most homeowners hear back within two hours. I keep my phone on me on the job — leave a voicemail and I'll call after dinner.
