Bathroom remodels · labor only

Bathrooms that actually finish.

Gut renovations, tub-to-shower conversions, vanity + tile + small plumbing. I take one bathroom at a time so yours doesn't sit half-demoed for a month.

📐Typical labor: $3,500 – $8,500 · 1–3 weeks on site

What's included, and what isn't.

Questions I get about bathrooms.

Do you pull permits?

For straight finish-out work — tile, vanity, paint, fixture swaps within the existing wet wall — most South Florida jurisdictions don't require a permit. If you're moving plumbing or doing structural work, I'll tell you up front and we'll pull a permit together. I'm a licensed contractor so the paperwork is straightforward.

Can I live in the house during the remodel?

Yes, as long as you have a second bathroom. I work 7am–4pm Mon–Sat, contain the dust with plastic sheeting, and clean the work area at the end of each day. I don't leave debris in your living room.

What if you find rotten wood or old galvanized pipes?

It happens about a third of the time on older bathrooms. I'll stop, photograph it, send you a written change order with the extra labor cost, and wait for your sign-off before I keep going. No surprise add-ons.

Can you match a specific tile design I saw online?

Send me the photo. If I can source the tile at Home Depot, FloorFountain, or one of the local Pompano tile suppliers, I can match it. If it needs a specialty importer I'll tell you who to call.

Tell me what you need. I'll text you back today.

Most homeowners hear back within two hours. I keep my phone on me on the job — leave a voicemail and I'll call after dinner.
